Chris Reecer is an artist and musician from the small town of Lockney, Texas. Growing up in the heart of West Texas, he has been surrounded by the rugged beauty and rich culture of the American West. These roots shape much of what he creates.

Now working out of his home studio in Lubbock, Chris paints what he sees and feels—everyday moments full of character, humor, and a little grit.

For Chris, painting is about capturing the spirit of the West—its charm, its challenges, and its uniqueness. It’s his way of showing folks the beauty and meaning in the little things we might overlook.
